Personal loans for no credit history

Then, we started getting letters for the landlord, here. Finally- well, we got the letter where the bank was like Uh, this house is being foreclosed on. At that point, we were still paying rent and still had a long lease. I told her that we needed proof of ownership and she calls me ranting and raving- I mean, she actually sounded drunk, so I hung up on her. Foreclosure sale came and went- no one bought the place. I may have also indicated a few of the issues with the place and by may have- I totally did. We really do not have the money to move at this point due to my being out of work for a stretch of that. I have been looking for a place, and trying to call the bank- but they will never talk to me. Call the payday loan company attorneys handling the thing- they never return my calls. Right now, I guess the plan is saving up more money and trying to get out as soon as possible but, are there any other options? If I were you, I would search the county recorder online for the property address tp see who the true owner is. Hopefully you did not get conned by someone who has no legal right to lease it to you. If is a legit lease, then you may be protected under a federal law called the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act.

This law may give you the right to finish the lease with the new owner personal loans for no credit history bad credit personal loan lenders direct becomes her new landlord or give you ninety days written notice to vacate. Landlords are also required in many states to keep their properties up to a certain standard, and if yours did not, you might have some avenue there too. It was highly suspicious- so, yeah, I made sure I checked, too. I was a little confused about the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act because, I have read in some places that it was allowed to expire in 2014?

I saw something about them trying to keep it going, but never found an update on that- were they able to? Again, thank you- this has been SUCH a weird situation and we were just completely confused as to what to do. One of those potential investors did personal loans for no credit history show up on my doorstep one day, and she said that she had also tried to find info about the property: to no avail. On the auction it is listed as occupied and of course, it SAYS do not bother us- yet, they do. Louis is not a particularly wise idea in the first place. Louis fortunately does have one of the easiest to search, though! Basically, we did the walk through- loved the place because it is the size we needed and at the time, everything seemed to be in operational order. We did see a couple of roaches at that time, but, he said that you know, the last tenants were kind of gross and they would continue to send the exterminator out. Beyond that, things were okay, but we thought that was really weird. Then, the deal with the exterminator- they sent him out once, it just seemed to really anger the resident cockroach tribe so we told him, annnnd the exterminator never came back out. That was actually our first clue something was amiss, as that is part of our lease, that they cover it. Do you think I should contact 5000 loan with bad credit that investor I spoke to, before? Since 2007, the LoanSafe forums have helped millions of homeowners over the last 13 years either save their homes with a loan modification, obtain a short sale, forbearance, or walk away legally from their underwater mortgages. I have a 1st with US Bank and am currently working through a ch13 BK. I am and have been over 45 days past due with no action taken by the bank. I have personal loans for no credit history a little bit of money here and there where I could either add to my BK payment to finish early or add it to my mortgage. My mortgage goes into a suspense account before it is dispersed so if I add a few hundred here and immediate cash advance there would this help me become current or is the lender and BK court counting whole payments? Adding to the mortgage would be more appealing if it sets me up for discharge as I am currently behind.
Ask again after discharge and if you see something that should not be there alert your bk attorney. I am not an attorney and my comments should not be used as any type of legal advice. Seek your own attorney in your own state to best protect your rights. You could in theory pay a little extra each month into the suspense account, but it might raise a flag all of a sudden.

As far as filing relief from stay, I think it depends how backlogged their BK dept is and where are the radar you sit. I was 12 months in arrears on postpetition payments (not consecutive months). When Hurricane Sandy hit here, it just seemed like one thing after another. I always had the intention to catch up or send a little extra, it just never happened. At the 12 month mark of delinquency is when they filed for relief from the stay (I was paying pre-petition arrearage through my plan). As far as an accounting of the loan, there is a document the trustee will send the bank as you get close to discharge (probably around 4-5 months out) that they need to fill out so the trustee is sure that upon discharge you are starting out with all arrearages and charges paid. You can also ask for an accounting of your loan at any time. I finally gained online access to my account when my attorney sent the bank the authorization form allowing them to speak with me directly.

In my case, I ended up converting to Chapt 7 after the stay was lifted with the hope of getting a modification. Luckily, I was approved for a modification (trial period, HAMP 2) about 2 weeks prior to my chapt 7 discharge. Depending how much longer you have in your plan, you could also just put aside a little money each month so that if they do file for relief or when you accumulate the full payment you can just send it in. I was thinking of adding to the payment thus accumulating funds in the suspense account until a full payment was available to apply. The problem is that would not likely be counted as a full payment by the new form our district has adopted to conform payments to the BK13 judge. The new form has the date due vs the date made rather than the old form where the number of payments regardless of date while in the 13 was all that was needed. Just to add to the frustration I am on workers comp and the wife does not get paid in the summer so these months are tough for us.

Native american loans

I usually make quite a bit more in OT this time of year and can even things out, but cannot.

Since 2007, the LoanSafe forums have helped millions of homeowners over the last 13 years either save their homes with a loan modification, obtain a short sale, forbearance, or walk away legally from their underwater mortgages. Freddie Mac investor, US Bank servicer - that is how it has always been.

Immediately thereafter, US Bank contacts me regarding applying for a modification, but refused to give me one prior to the FC.

Supposedly, mod is currently under review in underwriting. My attorney is doing an adversarial proceeding in the Chap 13. Then, instead of them releasing the requested documents to my personal loans for no credit history attorney, they send a letter in late June directing my attorney to contact Bank of America (BoA) with this request. Also, on a side note, as of June, 2013, credit report shows zero mortgage balance reported by US Bank.

I am currently awaiting some response from BoA, but totally confused as to what they have to do with any of this. Also, US Bank, nor BoA, has filed a proof of claim in my BK. It sounds like US Bank is in the process of transferring your mortgage over to BofA and you should have been sent a letter informing you of the transfer. There is no other reason why they would have you contact BofA unless they are acquiring the bad credit pay day loan account, even if BofA was the investor they would NOT suggest you contact them about the modification.
